1. Will my air plants look identical to the photos provided?
Since air plants are living creatures, there will always be some variation between air plants. That is what makes them so awesome- no two are alike. Depending on what stage in the blooming cycle an air plant is in will affect its color and size. You will find product size ranges on all of our air plants. We try to send out air plants prior to the bloom cycle so it can be enjoyed by the customer.
2. What do I need to do when I first receive my air plants?
When you first receive your air plants, you will need to soak them in water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, shake off the excess water and set them in a place to dry.
3. How do I care for my air plants?
4. Are air plants poisonous to animals?
Nope! They are non-toxic. However, if the cat, dog, or parrot perhaps does happen to get near them, the animal will likely be fine but your air plant may not fare so well.
5. How do I know how much filler to buy or what air plant works best for the container I want?

Creating an account is easy, just visit My Account. There is also an option to create one at the checkout page.
2. Do I need to create an account?
Nope! But there are a few advantages to creating an account including checking out faster, saving multiple shipping addresses, accessing your order history, viewing your wish lists, and seeing tracking information.

Orders & Shipping
1. How long will it take for my items to ship out after I place an order?
We ship most orders out within 1 business day. However, because we deal with live plants and want to make sure we are delivering the freshest plants possible, there are times when it may take up to 3 business days to get an order out. Check out the Shipping & Returns page for more details.
2. How do I track my order?
An email will be sent out when the order has shipped including the tracking information. Most orders are sent using USPS Priority Mail.
3. How much is shipping?
We try to minimize the cost of shipping as much as possible. That is way we offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, we charge only a $5 flat rate.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders shipped using USPS Priority Mail typically take 2-3 business days to receive.
5. Do you ship to my country?
Currently, we only ship to the United States, excluding Hawaii. Send us an email if you have a special request for a shipment elsewhere and we will see what we can do.
6. I am buying items as gifts, can I send them to different addresses at checkout?
Sure can! When you get to the checkout page, it will let you choose to ship each product in your cart to a different address if you choose to do so.
7. What is Air Plant Worlds Return Policy?
Return requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more details on returns.

Nope, only one coupon code is allowed per order.
3. Do you sell gift certificates?
Sure do! You can purchase them in $25, $50, or $100 amounts. Visit Gift Certificates to purchase one today. You can customize the message and pick a template style. After purchasing, an email will be sent directly to the recipient.
